The Trading business in the UAE has been done in the traditional way of - buying & selling for centuries. It has always been a deterring fact to analyze how many of these so called traders responded to the customers/clients request to address any complaints after the sale has been converted.

One such analysis reveled that barring a hand full, the majority of the said traders have left the customer high and dry after their respective sale, thereby leaving the customer stranded without support. This attitude to make a fast buck has left a lot of unsatisfied customers behind.
